@Midnight_Young_ @IndyBookDragon I didn’t really feel it was right for me. I writer upper middle grade and I never felt self publishing was good there. I started approaching small independent publishers who would take queries from the authors as well as the agents and received a contract that ways.

@cgossagent I wrote my first book between the hours of 11 pm and 1 pm and then spent the same time of night querying. I always felt bad if it got them late at night but it was the time I had spare to follow my dream. Knowing it doesn't annoy them makes me feel better.
