@PghTransitCare I’m just really really confused by this new Ready to Ride thing. Why are there cards AND an app? Can you use both? Does your money show up on the card and the app at the same time? This is not an improvement on the Connect Card, it’s just more confusion.

@PghTransitCare I am having an issue with my Ready to Ride app. I got the card a few weeks ago and set up mobile ticketing instead, transferring funds from my Connect Card. Worked perfectly fine. Got back from vacation and got a second Ready to Ride card in the mail. No clue why.

@PghTransitCare I’ve only been using the app. only the app. No cards. Can I use the card as a backup? If so, which card? Why did I get two???

@PghTransitCare So my question is, did the issuance of the new card (which I didn’t request or use) screw something up with my account?

@PghTransitCare I have never used the cards. Ever. I received the first card and then set up the app and have been using the app only. The app worked fine up until this morning. While I was away last week a new card came in the mail. I received it last night. I didn’t use it.

@PghTransitCare @PghTransitAlert A lot of people have been waiting for more than an hour at this point. I want a supervisor to call and explain what happened. We are all hot. I am late for an appointment as well. This is ridiculous!

@PghTransitCare @PghTransitAlert This is really unacceptable. The bus IF it shows up is going to be very crowded. There are no alerts about it being out of service. And not one but two buses.

@PghTransitCare I left a message for them but the center is closed today. Whose responsibility is it to clean the area immediately under the bus stop shelters?

@PghTransitCare Very difficult time this morning catching the P12 at Alpine park & ride. Sidewalks not cleaned so we couldn’t tell where they ended and the road began. No pathway cleared from lot to sidewalk either. One woman fell in the deep snow. Please address by afternoon.

@PghTransitCare Thank you! Also had a hard time climbing over snow at 10th and Liberty bus stop in town by Westin. PLEASE have someone clear bus stops! It’s not safe! People are going to get hurt today.

@PghTransitCare 1st day riding bus after weekend storm. Parked @ Plum P&R on 286. Had to walk along berm of road entire length of lot because the plow pushed snow & blocked crosswalk access. Did not want to fall climbing over snow. Really dangerous. Please clear an exit path.

@PghTransitCare Had the same experience this morning. Snow didn’t melt completely so had to walk the length of lot next to traffic in dark. This time there was also ice which made it even more dangerous to navigate. Please pass on my complaint/request to have this lot maintained better.
