Reminder:

It is hard to connect well with other people when you are feeling exhausted. When your energy is low the mind will want to revert back to performative behavior and it rather have superficial interactions. It takes energy to go deep and to give someone your presence.

January is for dreaming - a time to look at the year as a blank sheet of paper before you - not the time to confine or beat yourself up with logical resolutions or goals - a time to listen to your heart sing for what it desires.

I enter December full of wonder. What am I grateful for, what and who is worth my energy and what wisdom did I gain? I resist judging and observe what thoughts decide to make a home with me. How did 2022 impact your life?

I reflected on how nature pulls itself back into balance and reminded myself that there is only a cycle. There are moments of extremes (the solstice) and of balance (the equinox). All else is a transition. I now reconsider my definition of balance. @CreatorInst @NewDegreePress

There are times when it makes sense to speed up to reach a goal. It is good to take a look at where we are relative to the goal. When life is giving us a curve, slowing down will actually get us to the goal faster.
