@SEPTA Proper personnel were not informed. No one came up to the track to say the train was on track 6. Incorrect signage.

@SEPTA When is it arriving at 30th? A train arrived 3 minutes ago, we all got on, then were told to get off since the train wasn't continuing.

@SEPTA No announcements. Train on track six with no signage and conductor can't yell loud enough for everyone to hear. Now the 5:48 is 14 min late? This is awful. Not good customer service at all.

@SEPTA_DOY At 30th St it was announced as this train arrived at the station that this was changed to an Express and then left before travelers could run from track 5 to track 1. Could have waited another minute since it was already 20+ minutes late
