@RAC_Care as a member had a new battery fitted this week which I paid £249 for- I’ve been charged the same again without permission - this is fraudulent and I can’t find anyone to talk to assist me - would you like to see my call log ??? I am furious 😡

@RAC_Care I’ve had a new battery fitted as a member and have been charged for it twice an additional £249 taken from my account without my authorisation. This is fraudulent- I’ve been on the phone trying to speak to someone all day - no luck at all. This needs to be sorted asap!!

@Matalan - your team invited me into your #bracknell store today - spend £30 they said and you get a free gift set. Omitted to inform me this excludes sale items when there is w sale on - the response of management was lacking - deffo won’t be back !!
