In case you haven't noticed, I really enjoy capturing #Pittsburgh in the snow. And it's not always about wide angles or using a flash. This abstract view of the Renaissance Hotel was captured in the middle of a storm, with the falling snow adding a sense of movement to the scene.
While I've shot snowy sunrises from the incline in #Pittsburgh many times, I've never been able to top the one that I captured 5 years ago today. A vibrant sunrise provided the backdrop for the city and icy rivers, with the red car popping against the fresh snow. What a morning.
The perfect quarantine schedule,
4:00 - Wallow in self pity
4:30 - Stare into the abyss
5:00 - Solve world hunger (tell no one)
5:30 - Jazzercise
6:30 - Dinner with me (I cant cancel that again)
7:00 - Wrestle with my self loathing
Not that we need a specific day to celebrate our favorite neighbor Mr. Rogers in #Pittsburgh, but today is #143DayInPA. Mr. Rogers would say 143 to his friends, which symbolize the number of letters in "I love you", so I thought I'd share one of my favorite images of his statue.
