I once deleted the passwords for all users in a PROD database. Luckily we took frequent backups and there was no finger pointing or blaming. We fixed the process and security issues and moved on. Everyone makes mistakes.

@idoshamun With the influx of new ppl into tech the last few years, I feel many ppl are simply trying to grab followers instead of providing real meaningful content.

@mokomull @NuttySwiss @EmmaBostian yeah, humor is tricky since some devs are just not open to humor at work. I try to lessen the stress by talking about hobbies. But that can be hard too if the person is like "I like programing React in my spare time"...🙃🤷‍♀️
