@Cheezuz_ I’d definitely recommend trying acupuncture. Most practitioners treat people with various aches and pains. I often add a technique called gua sha, too. I hope you get some relief soon! Let me know how it goes if you try acupuncture.
Get rid of the ice! It does not help your healing.
In most cases, I recommend people use heat first when they’re in pain and see how it feels.
