Facebook/ Meta AI stole my account with no warning, explanation, email, or offer for a solution. I've been locked out of my accounts (FB, Instagram, & Whatsapp) for 96 hours, for no reason, given no warning, or an explanation by email (as FB claims they do). There's no number or person to call. Apparently, all data, algorithms, security troubleshooting, or guideline breeches are handled by artificial intelligence, but it's far too slow and flawed to provide a timely and fair resolution. FB and Meta publish their "Community Standards," which are commendable - advocating for commitment to voice, authenticity, safety, privacy, and dignity: https://t.co/3ZwjBYqHKT . However, I have been in no intentional violation of any of these, ever, on any; nor have I ever received a warning of a violation on any platform. Therefore, Meta and Facebook have not only failed but have violated my rights as a consumer and law-abiding citizen. Shame on you @Meta @facebook @instagram @WhatsApp
