@fordnation This is a clear misappropriation of funds. We NEED hospitals, housing and police. Not buckle to silly WANTS that bring no real value to the majority. Absolutely incorrect and incompetent.
@Consumer_Canada today there was a recall on bread bc of metallic material. What’s the difference between metallic material in the ovens companies send to people’s homes.
@Consumer_Canada@ConsumerCanada have now purchased two ovens from two separate brands with the same problem. Metallic debris continues to accumulate landing on food. This are biscuits a from an expensive Bosch product. Who wants to going me for dinner??
@BoschGlobal@BoschGlobal also just bc an incident is not logged doesn’t mean others are not experiencing this. It likely means your customer service team tells people it’s normal factory dust from packaging and unsuspecting people believe them. But this is not dust it’s metal!
@BoschGlobal@BoschGlobal someone reached out but there was no answer or solution offered. Am I to then assume all your ovens are like this? This was on my food after running it over 20x. It’s not salt or pepper it’s metallic debris still coming out
@BoschGlobal@BoschGlobal I asked them to get me an answer as to why this is happening and explained the horrible customer experience. They offered to email someone and get me an answer. Instead I got an email saying they have been no other incident reports in 5mths. This is not helpful.
@BoschGlobal Hello! @BoschGlobal I would like to know why this problem is happening to help me decide if a replacement is the right decision. The person who contacted me told me although I was offered a replacement I could get a different brand. But I do like/prefer this range.
@Consumer_Canada@ConsumerCanada why are we consumers left to ourselves to deal with companies like Bosch who ignore calls and concerns? Taking our hard earned $ and leaving us with no recourse. Shame on Can govt for allowing these corps to do this esp in these economic times.
@Consumer_Canada@ConsumerCanada more needs to be done to protect consumers against appliance companies making inferior and sometimes dangerous products selling them for ridiculous prices and offering no customer support.
@BoschGlobal I tried a replacement range it arrived today with metallic dust and particles as well. This is unacceptable production standards. I’m in Canada and purchased the Benchmark induction range which is very costly. Why is there metal in your ovens?
@BoschHomeCanada induction range was delivered full of metallic particles. Even after several attempts to clean. This is an Unacceptable health and safety concern. On top of things, terrible customer service and lack of escalation process. Shame on Bosch.
@vhpilotte@BoschHomeCanada I disagree. Custom service is not empowered with solutions to customers and do not have direct access to supervisors. I was just told that they don’t have managers. Must be nice to not have a boss.
@Whirlpool_CA Buyer beware! Whirlpool leaves metal burrs, metallic flakes, plastic pieces in oven’s. They recommend self clean as a solution. No - Whirlpool ! How about you produce products that don’t require the customer risking ingesting these. 1 mth of this, still haven’t use the oven.
@KitchenAid_CA You forgot option e) no metallic pieces in my cakes. Bc that’s what you get when you purchase a Kitchenaid oven. Whirlpool leaves metal burrs/metallic flakes and plastic pieces in your oven for you to consume and will ignore you if discovered.
