@EastCoastRail please for God sake upgrade the AC coaches of 18463/4 , old BBS rajdhani coaches have been allotted with no charging sockets and horrible toilets. We are paying so much for the ticket where are the efforts and facilities by railways ?

@EastCoastRail it's high time please assign new coaches which are worth travelling, #18463/4 is constantly being given old Ac First & 2nd class coaches with horrible maintenance and toilets are not even usable. It's my 8th time travelling nothing changed in last 2 years.
