@jlandpcustserv It is but it requires installation and therefore we cannot order it online. We’ve tried numerous times over a 3 day period. Is the call centre staffed with just one person or something??
@jlandpartners is anybody in your call centre? We’ve been on hold 4 times over the past 24 hours for >30 mins each time trying to place an order. Ridiculous!
Flying @britishairways club Europe tomorrow with my mum and we’ve been allocated separate seats with apparently no way of changing them. No help from customer services. Outraged. How is that fair? #poorservice
