FromSoftware has explained what is going on with one of the strangest characters in The Duskbloods: Zork.

Zork is an armored, bird-like creature from the deep sea who fights with a speargun, an underwater cable and even launches himself like a rocket.

But the weirdest part is how he drinks blood.

According to Hidetaka Miyazaki, Zork’s beak can extend like a straw and suck blood from a cup “like a mosquito” after he wins a match.

Miyazaki also revealed that Zork was inspired by Ultraman and Ultra Seven.
