Last month, around 12 Sept, Chidi Ani published a video clip he shot of an attack by suspected vigilantes of @OfficialAPCNg on a political meeting of member of @NigeriaNDCHQ in Enugu State.
On Monday, @PoliceNG arraigned him for having committed crimes under the Cybercrimes Act. He is remanded. The police, meanwhile, have freed the suspects in the attack.

We all came back from this visit and every single one of us fell ill. The air in that place is different. The environment is no place where any human being should have to live.
Yet, we saw children competing for space with houseflies and rodents. The water they drink is barely fit to look at. The rooms they sleep in are cramped and far from clean. Some sleep on bare floors, while others lie on mattresses that have become almost completely flat from years of use. No food. No electricity. Nothing.
Nigerians are suffering. And for a country with the resources Nigeria has, it is heartbreaking to see children subjected to such conditions while public resources are lost to corruption and waste. Every Nigerian child deserves food, clean water, a safe home, electricity, dignity and hope.
New York City, wetin dey sup? It was a joy to commemorate 34 years of the Nigerian Day Parade alongside the many Nigerian New Yorkers who fill our city with life.
From the entrepreneurs whose businesses strengthen our neighborhoods, to the sounds of Afrobeats pouring out of graduation parties in Southeast Queens, and the aroma of Agege bread calling out to passersby in Brooklyn — the impact of Nigerian New Yorkers is felt across the five boroughs.
Our city is richer in culture, stronger in community, and more vibrant because of your contributions.
Less than 50 people in the entire planet are richer than Dangote. Let’s all calm down.
Despise the man’s style of capitalism but let’s not start lying on him.
Dangote’s grandchildren will not have direct entry into KPMG or special treatment when it comes to employment. If the Senior Partner’s children do not have direct entry who is Dangote?

The man has not a single bone of bitterness or hatred in him. Which is why you never see him speak or act ill against someone who’s treated him terribly in the past.
Some see it as a weakness. I see it as one of his greatest virtues.
“Politicians like Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Mr Peter Obi, Rotimi Amaechi, Kwankwaso and others called me to ask about my dad. I would like to thank them, particularly Mr Peter Obi. He always called me to ask about my dad.”

The psychology of money is crazy.
Someone can walk into a Nigerian nightclub, transfer #10 million in one night, and barely feel the weight of what they just spent.
500k transfer? "Done." N1m transfer? "Done." N10m? "Done."
But put that same #10 million in physical cash in front of them and tell them to start handing over bundles for bottles of drinks.
They might suddenly start asking themselves:
"Wait... am I really about to spend #10 million tonight?"
Digital money can make spending feel abstract.
Cash makes the amount visible.
Sometimes, the easier money is to spend, the less painful spending feels.
