Our new paper is out @Chromosoma_EB https://t.co/Yzl0dTC65C My Ph.D. students @Aoi_Otsuka_ @katsu_s_minami studied chromatin organization/behavior in an oncogenic RAS-transformed mouse cell line. They found nucleosomes are more constrained in the transformed cells. Congrats!(1/2)
