We're publishing our most detailed threat intelligence report to date.

It covers how people tried to misuse Claude—for cyberattacks, influence operations, surveillance, biology, and building weapons—and how we found and stopped them.

We disrupted every operation in the report, and used the lessons from them to strengthen our safeguards. Where appropriate, we also shared what we found with authorities and other AI companies.

These cases are not typical: we’re highlighting some of the most sophisticated misuse we’ve seen. But they’re especially important to discuss, because they show us where AI misuse is headed, where our safeguards work, and where they need to improve.

We’re publishing this report so others can spot the same activity on their own platforms, and so we can give the public a clearer view of how emerging threats develop.

Anthropic 在 9 月发布的最新威胁情报报告中称，自 2026 年 2 月以来，其发现并阻断了 7 家中国 AI 实验室针对 Claude 的大规模非法蒸馏活动。Anthropic 表示，���些活动主要通过代理服务、虚假账号、第三方数据交易以及将用户请求静默转发至 Claude 等方式，获取模型能力和用户交互数据。

1.阿里：规模最大。
Anthropic 称，这是其目前发现规模最大的非法蒸馏活动。2026 年 5 月至 7 月，相关请求超过 1.51 亿次，峰值接近每天 300 万次。活动主要针对 Claude Opus 4.6 和 4.7 的推理过程，并将获取的推理数据用于训练和提升 Qwen 3.5、3.6 和 3.7。

2.月之暗面：让 Claude 替 Kimi 用户回答。
Anthropic 称，月之暗面曾将 Kimi 用户的请求静默转发给 Claude，再将 Claude 的回答返回给用户，让用户以为自己使用的是 Kimi。仅 10 天内，就有近 30 万条用户请求被转给 Anthropic，其中大部分发送给 Opus；2026 年 5 月至 7 月，相关交互超过 2300 万次。部分请求还包含企业内部代码和有效凭证等敏感��息。

3.DeepSeek：识别特定编程工具用户，再将请求转给 Claude。
Anthropic 称，DeepSeek 也采用了类似方式，将部分用户请求静默转发给 Claude，并针对使用 Claude Code、Claude Agent SDK、OpenCode 等第三方编程工具的用户进行识别，再挑选部分请求转给 Claude Opus，同时尝试提取其推理过程。14 天内，Anthropic 观察到超过 1210 万次相关交互。

4.智谱：提取 Claude 推理数据，并用于网络安全能力训练。
Anthropic 称，智谱（https://t.co/wfrGtMeWGo）建立了针对 Claude 的 CoT（思维链）提取和清洗流程，将获取的推理数据用于训练 GLM 模型，并利用 Claude 对训练数据进行评分、筛选和清洗。与此同时，智谱还针对美国顶尖模型的网络安全能力进行蒸馏。Anthropic 称，智谱最初尝试针对其 Fable 模型，在安全防护加强后转向 Opus 4.6 以及另一家美国 AI 实验室的模型。17 天内，相关交互超过 340 万次。

5.小米：将 MiMo 用户数据重新交给 Claude，用于训练。
Anthropic 称，小米将 MiMo 用户的真实对话和编程记录重新提交给 Claude，并利用 Claude 生成用于 **SFT（监��微调）和 RL（强化学习）**的训练数据。20 天内，Anthropic 观察到超过 40 万次相关请求。此外，Anthropic 推测，MiMo-V2-Pro 曾通过延长免费试用期吸引更多海外开发者，而这可能与其后续的蒸馏活动有关。

6.商汤：从第三方数据商购买 Claude 用户对话。
Anthropic 称，商汤的蒸馏流程中包含从第三方数据供应商购买的 Claude 用户对话记录。这些数据来自通过第三方应用或模型中转服务使用 Claude 的用户，相关服务会记录对话并将其出售给其他机构。也就是说，一部分用户可能并不知道自己的 Claude 对话被保存并进入了数据交易链条。

7.MiniMax：通过疑似关联的“壳公司”运营模型中转服务。
Anthropic 称，MiniMax 通过一家与其表面上没有明显关联的公司建立了模型代理网络。该服务只提供 Anthropic 和 OpenAI 的模型，不提供包括 MiniMax 自身模型在内的中国模型。Anthropic 认为，这些证据表明，该代理网络可能被用于收集美国顶尖模型的用户交互数据，并用于训练 MiniMax 的模型。
