I've always wanted to direct a Busby Berkeley-style musical number. Now, thanks to @invideoOfficial, I have. Beyond the Screen is a modern take on Busby's signature style. Enjoy.
See below for a full breakdown of how I made this. 👇
AI filmmaking is no different than traditional indie filmmaking. You beg, borrow, and steal to get all the shots you need. They’re never what you pictured in your head so you have to make do with what you have and cobble together a film from what you have in the editing room.
Shot reference footage of my nephew in his bedroom and prompted a Honey I Shrunk the Kids adjustment to the footage. This is phenomenal. @invideoOfficial The shadows of the blades of grass on him… what!?!?
Teen Wolf on lead guitar! Swapped Marty McFly out of the Enchantment Under the Sea dance and dropped Scott Howard in his place. Same actor, same year. @invideoAI did it in less than a minute. Mind blown!
A lot of the patterns under the hood are lifted from my brother @JoshDaws’s open-source CarsonOS — a “your family’s AI” platform. If you’re a builder thinking about doing this for your own family, start there:

I built my teenage son Andrew an AI music coach (Mozart) on top of @JoshDaws's Carson. Two months ago he was nervous to start. This week he's writing real pieces and asking for feedback on them. That's what AI is actually doing — quietly, for one kid at a time.
He’s barely scratched it, and that’s exactly right. The point was never that he use everything. It’s that when he reaches for a specific thing, it’s there. The rest stays on the shelf until he needs it.
3 stars for the production design alone. Despite all my complaints, I'll absolutely watch the sequel. Hopefully they’ll learn their lesson and embrace the brand on the next go.
Masters of the Universe is one of those movies that seems almost embarrassed to be Masters of the Universe. I loved a lot of the character and creature designs, and honestly that's carrying most of my rating - barely 3 stars.
Adam’s transformation into He-man didn’t bring him confidence the way it did in the cartoon. That was very frustrating.
Also, no way Cringer is picking a fight with Beast Man without his powers. That's just nonsense.
