@LuckyGirlo_O Not legal nationally yet, even if it was it might still have barriers on where it can be grown and distributed
Hemp producers would have to overcome major political barriers and defeat political and industrial competition and to succeed
@LuckyGirlo_O Programs includes provisions for maintaining information on the land where hemp is produced, testing the levels of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, disposing of plants not meeting necessary requirements, licensing requirements, ensuring compliance with the requirements to new laws.
@Craigcus01 I don't think the freeway benefits the wealthy. But other transportation designs like private jets and yachts do have special privileges by getting first out on a runway or special places to dock the yacht that other don't have.
@Craigcus01 True the freeways are made bigger, and people use them instead of the side streets thinking if bigger and wider it will be faster. That is not always true.
@Craigcus01 Yes because on our highway where I live the are changes to the road all the time, but the traffic still remains the same. They add a third lane on one of our freeways and the traffic is still congested daily.
@Craigcus01 I don't know there was a feud between pedestrians and car between the 1910s and 1920s. Maybe this is how we ended up with crosswalks and sidewalks.
