The long & short of it is there are essentials to physical health: sleep, nutrition, stress management & exercise. Likewise in spiritual health it boils down to: pray, meditate, proclaim the Gospel & fellowship. Truth is we all know this, the real issue is doing it consistently.
Are you still on a spiritual roller coaster ride, one day you’re up & another down? It probably is from trying to keep God’s holy standards & blame yourself when you don’t measure up. Settle it once and for all, you are incapable of being holy, trust in Jesus to do that for you.
In Filipino, "suso" can mean "snail" or "breast" - and we all know that those two are pronounced differently (even with coño speech) at wala talagang connection yung dalawa, so we need to stop this cringey hugot nonsense. And I think that's beautiful.
