Anything outside of that window will be either given away or thrown out. I can’t even resell this equipment in good conscience because SS doesn’t honor warranties. @SteelSeries proved today that they are actually extremely anti-consumer. I will never purchase a product again.

@SteelSeries, a key went out on my keyboard. Warranty was denied since I bought it on Amazon from an “unofficial seller.” That’s absurd. It’s clear SS is looking for any excuse to not honor warranties. As you will not honor your warranty, I will no longer purchase your products.

I have many SS products in this house, including keyboards, mice, and headsets. Anything recently purchased still inside the 30 day period will be immediately returned. I will not have equipment in this house where the manufacturer looks for any excuse not to honor its warranty.
