AOC stopped using birth control to freeze her eggs and then suddenly stopped finding her gay boyfriend attractive.
Hormonal birth control will fuck you up.
@SaraLRiley@dcm24601@ZachLahn Ron’s entire campaign is a lie. Regardless, if you actually believed that, a long form debate would give more opportunity to catch him in a lie.
I asked the next Governor of Iowa how we keep young people from leaving the Midwest.
His answer was incredible:
Zach Lahn: “Here’s what I look at—how are we using the government of Iowa to promote the wellbeing of the people of Iowa and put programs in place so they stay here?
-Give high school graduates an income tax abatement for with money going into an account to help with the down payment on your first home.
-Put programs in place to prevent hospitals from closing and keep the doctors that are getting trained at University of Iowa, Drake and DMU in state.
-Give tax incentives to Iowa’s homegrown businesses instead of global companies.
-Start treating family farms as entrepreneurial activities.
-Allow family farms to serve public schools.
We should be rewarding the people, not massive companies.
Spot on, @ZachLahn
According to Rob Sand, the reason Iowa kids are leaving Iowa-- a systemic problem that has been happening for the last three decades-- is because it's now illegal for children to have sex reassignment surgery and read books about transgenderism in schools.
@SaraLRiley@dcm24601@ZachLahn Iowans are smart and have attention spans. I would be thrilled if Ron was advocating for it, and if you believed in Ron, you would too.
@ScotchRidgeGuy@ZachLahn It’s basically a job interview for the executive office of the state that happens once every four years.
The people who take it seriously will watch. Again, this proposal has more faith in the constituents than any argument that I’ve heard in opposition.
@ScotchRidgeGuy@ZachLahn@AFPhq If you think that’s true, why would you oppose the long form debate?
If you genuinely don’t think he knows what he’s talking about, the long form debates would make that more apparent to voters.
In case anyone forgot, they hate the working class. They want your vote, but at the end of the day, if they can replace you with a migrant slave class, they will.
New from @IAFieldReport: Iowa Democrat Chris Jones says farming "isn't that hard" and says Iowa farmers are "only working a few weeks out of the year."
This is on video. This is who wants to be Iowa's Secretary of Agriculture. 👇 #iapolitics
The best part of the LD proposal is that Zach understands Iowans have an appetite for long form discussions and the ability to grapple with political topics on more than a bumper sticker level.
Iowans are smart.
This is a fair compromise.
Lahn will roast Sand no matter the format
We have been trying to come to an agreement on debates.
Rob proposed four traditional “short form” debates. I proposed six Lincoln-Douglas “long form” debates-- which Rob had previously agreed to but has subsequently backed away from.
A compromise: I am ready to accept two of the traditional debates that Rob Sand has proposed if he is willing to accept two of the long form debates he agreed to do with me in March.
I can’t for the life of me understand how this could be seen as anything but fair.
All must be televised and the Lincoln Douglas would also be live streamed.
It is time to do this, @RobSandIA.
@ScotchRidgeGuy@ZachLahn It’s refreshing to see a candidate who realizes that Iowans have an attention span for more than 30 second sound bites. This “inaccessible” argument assumes that Iowans are a bunch of low-IQ rubes.
Don’t forget @RobSandIA advocated for the largest mass murder of my lifetime. He will taken away our liberties and rights if he is elected Governor of Iowa.
"When it comes to education, our children need to understand the great stories of our history. They need to be inspired by the people who came before them and understand their sacrifice."

@brhodes Most of his town halls are packed with AARP members. Nothing innovative or vital in his messaging.. you can’t mask that with a skateboard photo shoot
Rob Sand brought Ben Rhodes-- the architect of Obama's disastrous foreign policy-- on the campaign trail with him last week and had him write an incredibly cringe essay about it in the New York Times.
For a guy who claims he isn't a part of the "two clubs," he sure seems to spend a lot of time around Democrat elites who could care less about the people of Iowa.
