Excited to share our paper on multicolor cathodoluminescence (CL) imaging! By shooting electrons at lanthanide NPs and collecting light, we achieve multicolor #electronmicroscopy. This is just the beginning! Next, we are applying CL to #Bioimaging and #MaterialsScience.

Imaging specific biomolecules with fluorescence microscopy is good.

Imaging cellular ultrastructure with electron microscopy is good.

Imaging both with one method is better.

In our paper, we approach this goal by making multicolor probes for electron microscopy.
