@_ZachGriff@kpottermn@AmericanAir They left 130 of us stranded in Jamaica for 50 plus hours. 12 hours of delays each day. 3 hour lines for vouchers for hotels over an hour away. One food voucher for $20. Communication was the biggest disappointment. Free Internet has been only positive.
@kpottermn Our flight was canceled this am and rebooked on a different AA flight out of Jamaica. What do you think our changes of getting out of here are? Originally scheduled to fly home Monday am

@AmericanAir It’s the lack of communication. Making someone sit in an airport for 12 hours is criminal. Then go stand in line for 2 hours to get voucher. 3 days of this
@WifeFinance@realEstateTrent We don't ask for proof when we fill a customer owners tank. If it's a leased tank most companies will have stickers on tank
