Warning to men and fathers: you can follow the court order, document everything, and still lose your children through a system that refuses to correct its own failures.

My Nevada custody decree allowed my children’s mother to relocate only to California, not Pennsylvania, and warned that removing the children in violation of the order could carry felony consequences. She moved them to Pennsylvania anyway. Nevada later found in writing that the move violated its orders.

What happened next? Instead of enforcing the violation, jurisdiction was shifted to Pennsylvania after an admitted unrecorded judge-to-judge conference. Pennsylvania then acknowledged in writing that I could not afford to fly there and that the relocation would result in my children losing contact with their father.

That is exactly what happened. I am an Iraq veteran, and I have not seen my children in years.

The courts did not fix it. They sanctioned me, restricted my access to information about my own children, and left my only remaining path as a long-shot petition for writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Men need to understand: family court can take an admitted violation, ignore the harm it caused, punish the father who keeps objecting, and call it justice. I have the orders and the paper trail.

Besides those that were forced to comply, there are people with master's degrees who fell for the entire pandemic charade.

And there are high school dropouts who saw straight through the media deception from day one.

That's why being truly smart isn't measured by how many years you spent in college. There are plenty of educated fools out there.

Real intelligence is being conscious of the world around you, knowing how to navigate it & trusting your gut.

I am going through insane judicial officers openly violating the law and due process rights. They continue to just keep breaking the law on paper while their other crimes are under appeal. The sad part is it takes too long to expose them when you follow the proper procedure, years. I have seen my children a total of 3 hours since 2021.
