There are only two Black Label 10s in existence, making this one of the rarest modern Pokémon grails you can own.

The Luigi Pikachu card is a special 2016 promo released in Japan and could be found in Special Boxes for just ¥1,500 - around $15 at the time

The boxes were only available for a short time and disappeared fast, turning these cards into some of the most coveted Pokémon promos.
