-Walk 60 min a day
-Lift weights 4-6 times a week
-Start your day with 30-50 grams of protein at your first meal while hitting at least 1 gram of protein per goal bodyweight
-Sleep 7-9 hours a night

Start one small action item in the right direction.
You can pick up the pace when when these action items become sustainable habits.
As a coach I want everyone to change for the better. However, people make changes when they want to, not when you want them to or usually not until they have to.
