@PaulEmbery you are the embodiment of a proper socialist. 'Labour' supporters today are so far removed from the roots you espouse. I am a Conservative but respect you completely. Keep up the pressure!

@luisdataguru@UKInvestorMAG I believe that there's long term growth in many of these pvte equity investors. The discount is appealing at the current levels. Of couorse the discount is for a reason, but time will turn.
Have I been unlucky or is @vintedUK useless? No response after 4 days of complaint to both the seller I bought from or @vinted which has issued only a standard response.
Keir Starmer, the man who said he wants to 'drive cronyism out of govt', has so far dished out civil service jobs to his mates, given a security pass to billionaire Labour donor Lord Alli, and now he's breached parliamentary rules by not declaring Alli bought clothes for his wife.

Notably that has also lifted hopes for 125-150bp worth of cuts by year-end (63%).
Markets getting a bit carried away again? If so, we could yet see a bit of dollar strength if the Fed put markets back in their place.
That being said, the idea we would follow an initial 25bp cut with a 50bp move never made much sense to me.
