We completed the Tall Tower Challenge! They were trying to model their designs after some of the world's tallest buildings. Lot's of future engineers in our class ποΈ #GotSTEMD181
@RIngstrup I believe the HPL has TONS of audiobooks to be checked out for free. I need to do a better job of encouraging my students to check them out and give them a try. #edtechusf677
@JustineL181 I love how #4 says there's no stigma when it comes to audiobooks. Our struggling readers need to feel comfortable and confident with what they're reading! #edtechusf677
When assigning activities on @Seesaw I like to give audio recorded instructions as well as the written instructions. This way my auditory AND visual learners are able to understand the instructions in a way that is best for them. #edtechusf677
Some of my students (including myself) listen to audiobooks while they read. You get so much more out of the book when you do both. And it also helps that the narrators are always amazing and suck you into the book! #edtechusf677
Using audiobooks in the classroom allows all of my students to be exposed to a text, regardless of their individual reading level. It definitely helps with our sense of classroom community. #edtechusf677
In "The Well," I loved hearing the storyteller tell about how much the well meant to the village. I really wanted to hear from some of the children too! #edtechusf677
In Innovation Club we learned that technology can be anything that humans have created to meet a want or a need...I guess he really wanted a crown π @Qubits_Toy#edtechusf
