Two years ago, I commissioned an art piece: A Fork in the Road.
Had to make sure that civilization took the path most likely to pass the Fermi Great Filters.
Could any picture sum up our new men’s rights movement better? The smirk of a male who’s knows he’s protected by a misogynist sporting establishment enjoying the distress of a woman he’s just punched in the head, and whose life’s ambition he’s just shattered. #Paris2024
God made you a woman for a reason
God made you a man for a reason
God didn’t put you in a foreign body
Also
Men shouldn’t be able to compete in women divisions

This is absolutely insane:
For the first time since June 2021, it is now CHEAPER to buy a new house than an existing house.
The median new home is selling for $417,400 while the median existing house is for $419,300.
The last time it happened apart from 2021 was in 2005, before the housing market crash.
Currently, 63% of US mortgages have interest rates below 4%, despite current rates being at ~7%.
Existing homeowners do not want to sell their home and see their mortgage rate triple which has left existing home supply near record lows.
You know something is wrong when new is cheaper than old.
In some areas of certain cities, the fire department will no longer enter without police escort.
If a society is going to treat fire department rescuers like this, don’t expect them to be there when you really need them in an emergency.

Everyone is posting that the annualized number is about $1.059 trillion.
However the interest on the debt for just May 2024 was $103 billion. Debt will grow another $2 trillion or more in the next 12 months.
We are already on pace for over $1.2 trillion in annualized payments on the debt. Within the next few years, interest on the debt will exceed Social Security payments and become the largest item in the budget.
