RECEIVE THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT ….“But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Acts of the Apostles 1:8
This is Pentecost weekend, and we acknowledge and receive the power of the Holy Spirit. The disciples gathered in the upper room and prayed, and the Holy Spirit came upon them with power.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, may we also receive this power, strength, wisdom, and boldness this Pentecost weekend. Amen.
Blessed Sabbath. #GodIsInIt
Yesterday, I was deeply moved by the warm and heartfelt welcome we received in Jenda. What we experienced there was more than hospitality — it was genuine love, unity, and a powerful display of raw football talent.
Our mission remains clear and unwavering: to identify, nurture, and elevate rural talent through the Shepherd Bushiri Foundation. We are proud that this vision has already produced results, with five players successfully transitioning into professional football.
This journey continues to affirm my deep conviction that talent is everywhere — but opportunity is not. With the right platform, guidance, and commitment, raw ability can be transformed into greatness, and lives can be changed forever.
Today, we take this mission forward as we head to Uliwa, Karonga district, with the same purpose, passion, and belief in the potential of our young people.

We had a great day here at Bingu National Stadium. Of course, we supported two different teams—just to increase the chances of having fun. Prophet Uebert Angel eventually supported my team as well..😄
Good evening 🙏
IGNITING THE INDEPENDENCE PROMISE- ZIMBABWE @46
CAB3 is a grave assault and attack on the Independence Promise.
The Independence Promise was a promise of freedom.
A promise of one man, one vote.
A promise of dignity and sovereignty.
A promise of justice.
A promise of peace.
A promise of tolerance.
A promise of unity and oneness. A promise of success for the African citizen.
A promise of opportunity for young people.
A promise of dignity in retirement and social security.
A promise of better education, better health care and social services.
A promise of good government and good governance upon inclusive national processes and self-determination.
A promise of hope.
That is the PROMISE, and that PROMISE has been BROKEN.
We are now notorious in the negatives.
We consistently hit the lowest benchmarks and score highly in the negatives.
We are more divided than ever before.
We are more apart than ever before.
We are poorer than ever before. We are the more depressed people than ever before.
We are more oppressed people than ever before.
We are the more disappointed people than ever before.
We are more disillusioned people than ever before.
WE, THE CITIZENS, reiterate that only a political and constitutional settlement that gives birth to a citizen- and nation-centred government, anchored by credible national processes and outcomes, is the credible pathway towards the restoration of the Independence Promise—the road from the Independence Promise into true transformation.
Let this be our charge to history: that we did not inherit a broken promise and accept it, but that we rose, united in purpose, to restore it.
This is our duty. This is our moment.
Let us ride in UNITY and PURPOSE to fulfill the liberation promise, that transformation promise. ~nc

You believed in my vision when many couldn’t even see it.
As a Chartered Accountant, you walked away from a well-paying, prestigious role as Head of Finance at ActionAid Malawi—just to stand with me. People laughed. They called you unreasonable, even insane. But you saw something others missed: vision, purpose, and the fire to build.
Today, we stand as a testimony—God truly brings people from far.
To every woman out there: not every good man comes already established. Some carry vision, not yet visible success. Don’t reject a man of purpose because he looks small today—he may become something great tomorrow.
And to the men: never forget the woman who stood with you when you had nothing. When God lifts you, honor her—give her the crown she deserves.
This is our history week. We’ll be sharing more of our journey and the lessons behind it.
You believed in my vision when many couldn’t even see it.
As a Chartered Accountant, you walked away from a well-paying, prestigious role as Head of Finance at ActionAid Malawi—just to stand with me. People laughed. They called you unreasonable, even insane.
I found this old picture of me at the age of 16… standing there, holding a microphone, in a place that honestly reflects how little I had. No comfort. No platform. Just faith.
Back then, many people pulled me aside and told me I was on the wrong path.
I found this old picture of me at the age of 16… standing there, holding a microphone, in a place that honestly reflects how little I had. No comfort. No platform. Just faith.
Back then, many people pulled me aside and told me I was on the wrong path. They said I should focus on “something better,” something more secure. But those were the days I knew God for real. The days of struggle, of depending on Him for everything. Funny enough, that’s when people called me a true man of God. They admired the sacrifice. They loved to see me walking in lack—it somehow made my calling more believable to them.
But something changed.
I decided to grow. I started a small business. I stopped depending on people. God began to bless the work of my hands. My ministry began to grow beyond what anyone expected.
And suddenly… I became “fake.”
Fake to the same people who once sat with me in my struggle.
Fake to those I had outgrown.
Fake even to those who don’t know my story—only my results.
It’s strange how quickly people rewrite your story when they can’t relate to your growth. Where I come from, in Malawi and some parts of Africa, when a person begins to do well, people don’t ask how God did it… they question what evil must be behind it. Success becomes suspicious. Strategy and achievement lead to accusation.
But hear me clearly—my journey is not built on social media, nor validation. It is built on faith, resilience, long nights, rejection, and the undeniable faithfulness of God.
I didn’t rise from comfort. I rose from conviction.
And to someone reading this:
Don’t let people define your journey based on the season they preferred you in. Some will only celebrate you when you are struggling. The moment you rise, they will question you.
Keep going anyway.
God is not only in your suffering—He is also in your lifting.
They will be mad because they will fail to figure out how you will still be blessed after they lie and build a whole team against you. If that won’t happen, you haven’t started yet!
And when God lifts you up, don’t apologize for it. I don’t!
