@horsepharmer @zchagla The best thing we’ve found is preemptively letting high risk patients know there are potential treatments should they test positive. It’s for sure something primary care & frontline pharmacists can proactively talk to their high risk patients about and help them access treatment

@horsepharmer @zchagla While we have a centralized process and a provincial medication profile, we still assess patient by patient, especially since there’s some non prescription interactions. We’ve simplified some conditions such as transplant that are moved from Paxlovid right away.
