Law 12.3 dissent is a cautionable action

Referees have yellow cards and red cards. Use them for dissent. No need to introduce a new card use the ones you have for their intended purpose.

In Season - 27 week x 3 days x 1.5 hours = 121.5 hrs
27 games = 27 hrs

175.5 hrs total training & games

$2,500 / 175.5 = $14.25 an hour

Still too much for many reasons.
