@TheRealGDColon idk how to contact you but, i was wondering if i could use the source code of https://t.co/xWcuSU5xWc in an MIT licensed open-source Discord bot?
(i think you made this, sorry if you didnt)
so how is Roblox not just fucking over now, small dev teams are dead & many passion projects will probably die with them
the platform's just gonna get whittled down to big money developers dumping cash to make low-effort games that kids will get addicted to
Roblox is changing the eligibility to upload games on the platform.
To publish for all ages, you now need:
- Roblox Plus;
- ID Verification & Age Check;
- 2-Step Verification enabled;
- and have your account in "good standing".
Roblox will additionally run games through trials to ensure engagement is legitimate and not from fake or bot accounts.
To publish for Ages 16+ & Trusted Friends, you now need:
- An account in "good standing";
- An age check; and
- An account that is at least 2 days old.
Any user on the platform, whether they meet any of the requirements, can still publish games for personal use.
Roblox is stating they chose this requirements because "most creators already meet many of the criteria" and it will "make it more difficult for bad actors to bypass our moderation systems". Lastly, Roblox will make that transition by providing 100,000 users with a Free Roblox Plus subscription for 6 months. To be eligible, a user may have a minimum of 100 hours of total playtime on their game in the past month & no major violations of Roblox's Community Standards.
I knew some shit like this was gonna happen, I downloaded the whole thing in mobile view in 3 formats (PDF, MHTML, HTML)
Take it, archive it if you can (I was getting ratelimited too hard to put it on the internet archive)

I am aware of the document currently being shared and the serious allegations it contains.
It is a difficult situation involving personal things between people, and I understand why people are concerned. Due to the sensitive nature of this, I ask that it be approached with care. I want to address this personally. I also want to say that i never intended for my personal situation to impact the game or my team working on it. I know many developers and contributors care deeply about this project, and I regret that this situation is affecting them.
Ren and I had a personal relationship, and we met up at RDC. From my perspective and records, those interactions were mutual and consensual at that time. We continued communicating even after the conference, and there was no indication that boundaries had been crossed in the way the document states. This is reflected in our conversations before, during, and after the events.
With recognition that people can experience situations differently, I want to emphasize that I do not want to dismiss how someone else may feel.
There are important parts of this situation that are not fully represented publicly. After these events, private and sensitive information about our interactions was shared with multiple people without my consent, despite me expressing discomfort with that. This created a significant breach of trust and contributed heavily to the breakdown of communication between us.
Following RDC, the situation became more complicated as more people became involved and private matters were shared beyond what I was comfortable with. This led to a breakdown in trust and communication, and I made the decision to step back and create distance.
I also want to acknowledge that I did not handle every part of this situation perfectly. There were moments where I could have communicated better and acted more carefully, and I take responsibility for that.
Because of the seriousness of the claims being made, I am taking the time to review everything thoroughly so that my further responses are responsible and respectful.
In the meantime, I ask the community for a few things, please do not harass or target anyone, do not spread unverified claims as confirmed facts, and please allow space for a proper and complete response.
I understand emotions are high, but reacting without full context can cause further harm to everyone involved.
I'll have a more detailed response to share soon.
Automate playtests while you build. With Assistant or the MCP Server in Studio, you can simulate inputs and run tests autonomously. Fix bugs and verify changes without breaking your flow. #RobloxDev https://t.co/dRBFKcYZl9
That's weird. Because I just read you're killing Adobe Animate. You know, the program that a ton of independent animators use? How there are still shows/projects that are currently in production that use the software?
Anyway, fuck you.

Tested: Windows 11’s ‘faster’ File Explorer (preloaded) is still slower than Windows 10.
On a 4GB RAM test machine, File Explorer used ~32.4MB of RAM without preloading. After turning on preloading, Windows quietly adds ~35MB more. So Explorer now sits at ~67.4MB in memory before you even open it.
35MB isn’t a big deal in 2025. Your browser eats that for breakfast. That's not the point of my testing.
Why is the preloaded File Explorer still slower than Windows 10? I made a video to compare the two versions.
little peek into the chart editor for now, you can add & remove keyframes with the buttons
still needs a lot of features like copy & paste or undo, and i need to examine the built-in songs to add in some other stuff
making a custom song mod for #ScratchinMelodii
using Unity asset bundles & some DLL editing to get a custom scene, and making a chart editor in browser (and likely desktop app too for offline use)
did some work on my #ScratchinMelodii chart editor so i could make a really basic song
i cant really add any scoring until i see how the built-in songs have their charts setup, so for now you just always miss everything
