@Assurant doesn't want to talk to their customers. They handle @Ask_Spectrum's mobile phone trade-in program. We mailed them all (4) of our old phones for at the exact time, but they are downgrading our trade-in value on only (1) because they're saying it was "late". NOT cool.

The untimely death of my @Logitech C930e webcam leads me to make some serious allegations.
1) The cable was melted...not cut.
2) My USB-C docking station started acting up around the same time my webcam stopped working.
3) It’s 2020...nuf said.
