There is an aggressor: Russia.
There is a victim: Ukraine.
We were right to help Ukraine and sanction Russia three years ago—and to keep doing so.
By “we,” I mean the Americans, the Europeans, the Canadians, the Japanese, and many others.
Thank you to all who have helped and continue to do so. And respect to those who have been fighting since the beginning—because they are fighting for their dignity, their independence, their children, and the security of Europe.
@JournalistJG@JustinTrudeau Well the USA didn’t oppose hitler… they stayed formally neutral as long as they could , and they only joined after the bombing of Pearl Harbour, then they left the war after Japan surrendered
a local grocer was quick to display #MadeInCanada signs to help shoppers like me choose 🇨🇦 items, not 🇺🇸. how we roll against #tariff madness. feel good that so far in 2025 I’ve gone Amazon-free. now I see that my fave coconut yogurt is Canadian!

@pr1s10n3r 😂 Why would you compare an apple to an orange in your debate? "An orange has a peel you cannot eat, therefor an Apple's peel must not be edible" 🤡 you bring out a fake rule for English and say it's common in other langs so "must be right"? 😅
@pr1s10n3r@SanderSkjegstad@LeaVerou@awesomekling English is not a Romance language. Yes afaik it’s proper for Romance languages, no it’s not proper for English (though it is common). Pick up a dictionary before you impose the way you see the world to everyone? https://t.co/KAbTiNCIqB / https://t.co/pcuv006xfm
@SanderSkjegstad@LeaVerou@awesomekling Grammatically, in English, they is the proper word to use when the gender is unknown. “It” has previously been used, but no longer as it is dehumanizing (ie used for objects, not people). Proper English is hard, but it changes with the times & always has.

@SanderSkjegstad@LeaVerou@awesomekling No. Both of these quotes are from men. In English people commonly use their own pronoun to refer to others when the gender is unknown. You only read literature from men & think that’s the way. “For centuries”? Women were referred as property for centuries, get with the times. 1/2

Gross... I thought Gates and Zuck took the cake for anti-competitive business decisions... I think this is right up there 😬Where did that "free speech" go on the town square bulletin board?
@SeanWrightSec The following is a relevant case where it helps :
https://t.co/31LRMctbmv LastPass breach: it's worse than initially thought
Eventually, this encrypted data will be decrypted. It's only a matter of time and resources ; where the more resources applied, the less time itwill take
@RealSexyCyborg Agree. I'm in Canada, I've had it 3 times (once when officials refused to test anyone aside from those who came from "specific" countries, and twice positiv since) I STILL wear a mask in public...there's NO sense in promoting spread.Doesn't matter if most are vaccinated.mask<risk
@elonmusk@ianmiles Advertisers and users alike want stability. Further, I believe most everyone wants to live in a better society.
You rocked the boat with haphazard decisions that resulted in the loss of most of the system’s revenue. Your hate-pandering tipped it, and now it’s treading water.
@elonmusk@ianmiles Twitter isn't a publisher 🙃 it's a system to generate revenue from their customers' data... Twitter is Social Media.
Maybe that'll change one day, if it lives long enough - but it's not there. And at this rate it won't make it.
You bought a system and subsequently broke it.
