Secret Foreign Police Force Operating in Minnesota -
Mahmoud Omar Isse, also known as Xiirrey, operates a Somalian shadow-government network in North America and publicly supports al-Shabaab. His followers call him the “Governor of Minnesota.”

In an interview with a Saudi journalist, Isse disclosed that a Somali police association operates in the United States. He went on to claim that most Somalis do not know who leads the organization. Isse provided this information during an interview about Somali youth and related gang violence in Minnesota

This is not hyperbole - Its says it himself.

Isse also regularly amplifies posts related to Abdi Madobe, whom the United Nations identified as an al-Shabaab commander in Somalia. Madobe also serves as a General in the same Khaatumo government that Isse also serves.
