The thing is, we're way too reliant on big housebuilders to deliver the homes we need. Of course they'll say that planning reform isn't the main issue because—to them—it's not.
What we need is diversification: 3,000 developers building 100 homes; not 30 companies building 10,000.

@callybeaton My middle name is Macdonald (family thing) but Leicester Uni decided it had a capital D. I corrected it but they made me *prove* it. Passport name is all in caps so that didn’t work. I had to send my birth certificate. And then they still spelt it wrong on the graduation program!
