Also according to my notes, 3 9mm barrels have 1281,1090, and 1740 rds. 4 of the .22lr liners in Pla+ have over 600 rds with no accuracy dropoff(besides my goofs)

Not the point he is making though. You can make an accurate,made-to-spec barrel without the overheard of machines, land or buildings. Damn near anyone can now, power to people across the world.

All of the instructions are clear,damn near anyone can make a properly chambered and long-lasting barrel from tubing.While I don't have as many rounds as @NaviGoBoom has, 3 of my first barrels have over 1k on each.
