Obiously not to the extend of the picture, but cityplanning has been a thing, especially in the time the game is set. There would have been clear mainstreets and side streets. And new cityparts were desnigned on purpouse.

Alpha's are not playable enough to be released to the public. Alpha testing is to make sure bugs are squashed and mostly that features actually function in the way they're suppost to. Beta is for final bug fixing and testing.

If they claim a remaster, they need to have overhauled locations and make more use of the engine... But it seems its just the same... Modded oblivion is better....
