@Jasonneill702 @ShaneKrauser @KamalaHarris And another thing Roe vs Wade wasnt a law, it was a ruling by the supreme court, never a law, wasnt a federal law or a state law. So passing a Federal Law would grant all citizens the right to an abortion in all 50 states and territories.

@Jasonneill702 @ShaneKrauser @KamalaHarris First off, they didn't rule it was "unconstitutional" they gave the option back to the states, though federal laws can still be passed to give those rights back to everyone of all states since federal laws succeed state laws.
