Just so we're clear, Lindsay Clancy isn't denying she brutally murdered her 3 children.

Her defense argues that she was suffering from severe postpartum psychosis and is not criminally responsible for the acts. Not that she isn't responsible at all.

The husband is in NO WAY guilty.

This is not an Andrea Yates type situation. Yates was in a marriage with a pathologically controlling husband who forced her to stay home and homeschool her 5 children, who ranged in age from 6 months to 7 years old. There were 7 people in a 3 bedroom home. At one point they were actually living in a 350sq foot bus, and did so FOR YEARS.

Lindsay Clancy was an educated labor and delivery nurse who CHOSE to fire their nanny and become a stay at home. When the pressure became too much, she could have just gone back to work.

Did Lindsay have postpartum psychosis? I don't give 2 shts if she did or not.

She knew what she was doing was wrong, and that's why she sent the husband out of the house on "errands."

That so-called suicide attempt is also bullsht. No nurse would ever think that jumping out of the 2nd story window of their home would kill her. That window was a whopping 12' off the ground.

And, the cuts to her wrists and neck were only superficial.

We needed my granddaughters birth certificate yesterday but her mom didn't have a copy.

She's 2 BTW...

I called the County Clerk and asked if my wife could come get it and they said absolutely!!

So my wife drove to City Hall, filled out a 1 page form, paid $23 and left 30 minutes later with it in hand.
