@EUstaran Perhaps anxiety is a justified response when you discover a critical gap in a vital established process that can't be fixed in an afternoon. Especially when the guidance suggests that the process should stop until the gap has been resolved.
@nieldk@BrianHonan So, to restrict access you need to prove such a duty existed and extended beyond death. Simply citing the boogeyman de jour (GDPR) is not sufficient.
Cookie consent under the #ePrivacy Directive is a mess and needs rethinking, but if there is something crystal clear in the law is that claiming reliance on ‘legitimate interests’ to drop ANY cookies is useless because notice & consent are compulsory unless an exemption applies.
