Texas has halted any construction of EPIC City.

The state of Texas has launched about a half dozen investigations into this project.

That includes criminal investigations.

And, the US Department of justice is also investigating.

They’ve been importing cheap foreign meats and using the“Product of the USA” labeling loophole

This is a racket. Remember, even though this loophole made by the USDA has finally been closed it won’t be fully enforced until 2026

Until then, “They can import essentially a lower standard beef into America. All they have to do is break it down here so it arrives into America as a frozen slab of beef, essentially. They can turn it into steaks and hamburger from there. And then they can sell it as product of the usa. And they're allowed to label that as product of the usa, which it is not. James, who brought forth a fraud suit against Trump for "falsifying business records," allegedly falsified business records to get a more favorable loan for herself.

"The Daily Caller News Foundation visited two southern Virginia properties at the center of fraud and misconduct claims made against Tish James and found that she does NOT appear to be a resident of either home," the Daily Caller reported.

Earlier this week, Fox News revealed that the Federal Housing Finance Agency sent a criminal referral to Attorney General Pam Bondi against James.

Thanks to James' lawsuit against Trump, he was ordered to pay $454 million, which is currently on appeal.

It only seems fair that she gets the same treatment.
