[Jessica Ault @JessAult357]

1/2 The steps brand need to follow are recognize, apologize, solve and reassure the problem will not happen again. #ICMKTG #UCM4490

@erinsionkowski People get offended when brands are not being genuine and its shows a lack of respect on the brands part. #ICMKTG #UCM4490

[Jessica Ault @JessAult357]

Brands need to respect their customer's believes and show customers that they care about the customer's believes,

[Jessica Ault @JessAult357]

2/2 Montgomery bus boycott is a great example of people not align themselves because of how the brand present themselves #ICMKTG #UCM4490

[Jessica Ault @JessAult357]

Bands have to evaluate these believes and try to respect them as much as possible.

[Jessica Ault @JessAult357]

People won't use products that they feel goes against their believes.
