That's a wrap on Veilguard and my DA series playthrough
I... actually liked Veilguard as much as Inquisition but for different reasons, and really, the final act saved it, whereas I was pretty tired of Inquisition by the end.
I think my favourite was a tie between DAO and DA2
The Masked Empire was incredible. A prequel which I didn't realise I needed so badly. This is a must-read for any Dragon Age fan or anyone planning to play Inquisition.
It gave so much insight into Orlesian culture and politics (which didn't really interest me in the game)
Just finished Asunder!
This started out super slow but was a great tie-in for Inquisition that I regret not reading it beforehand
It sets up the mage VS Templar situation in Inquisition really well.
Also a pretty significant event for Origins fans happens off screen in this...
As some of you may know, I was previously the Editor-in-Chief of GameLuster before it was acquired by new site owners.
Unfortunately I have an update on that below:
A site I formerly worked for, GameLuster, was acquired by new owners who are now publishing AI slop and attributing it to former staff members. I am NOT currently affiliated with GameLuster, and I strongly oppose the new owners' false attributions.
Hello friends. It has come to my attention that the site GameLuster is using my name to publish content and AI generated articles. I want to reiterate that I no longer work there, nor does anyone in the "Team" page. Any articles in mine or their names are being falsely attributed
GameLuster, where I used to work as Network EIC, has been taken over by new owners who are sharing AI slop articles in the name of former team members, listing me as Senior Staff.
I do not work there. I never endorse AI writing. AI content farms have no place in our industry.
Jess cautiously recommends point-and-click horror game, Cult Vacui, by LBRTY games and Dionous Games.

DLSS 5 may put the power in people's hands in the future, but when does it cross the line? Is its standard for realism truly realistic?
