I am excited to launch my campaign for City Council of KCMO, 4th District At-Large. Our campaign is about making sure Kansas City continues to grow in a direction that benefits all of our neighbors. Join us for a kick off event at 5:30 tonight at Boulevard Brewing’s Rec Deck.
Well, we gave it our best shot. While I won’t be on the ballot in June, I am BEYOND THANKFUL for the support you have given me throughout my campaign. THANK YOU for your time, your input, and your engagement…
Remembering that you can lead from anywhere, I'll keep pushing Kansas City forward from where I am, and hope you continue to do so too.
Mark your calendars for the General - June 20th, get out and vote!
Cheers to all the other candidates out there who stepped up to run as well – it takes a lot to step into the arena, and win or lose, we all did that.
I ran because I wanted to help support our city and our citizens.
👀 I see you @gregrazer@LaurenArthurMO - and I say thank you - for holding the line, for doing what’s right, for doing the hard thing - every damn day but especially today. 👏👏👏 https://t.co/xMUABvRfH0
KCPS Board of Directors has selected Dr. Jennifer Collier as its next superintendent! A career educator with 23 years of experience, Dr. Collier has served as interim since July 2022. Was selected after a national search & community feedback.

Listening at the KC Royals Listening Session tonight. Very interesting presentation with lots of exciting opportunities discussed and great questions asked by the community members here. What do you think about the possibility?
Heard of Westside Community Action Network (CAN)? If not, you should. They’re an example of what it looks like to build, activate and advocate in their neighborhood and broader community in partnership with the city, the county and numerous civic and nonprofit orgs. #jessforkc
It was great hearing from and speaking with the Northland Democrats tonight! Thanks for having me and for sharing such candid thoughts and opinions about what you all want to see in your next City Council. #jessforkc
Let’s make sure our city is delivering on its promises to its residents, like providing safe, clean parks and public spaces, keeping sidewalks and roads in good repair, and maintaining reliable core services like trash pickup.
Sometimes they’re so automatic that we don’t even notice them — until they aren’t working as well as they should. And then you may wonder, “what exactly are my tax dollars being used for?”
What a lovely way to start the first work day of 2023 - seeing a story of our very own Kansas City in my daily @goodnewsnetwork email. As a City Councilor, I will work to ensure programs like this are continued, created and elevated. https://t.co/ICq9HwpJ21
