@HMRCcustomers Checked with HR and they did not change my payroll ID. I cannot see myself as listed with 2 jobs at the same employer. I updated my monthly gross pay in August online - could this have caused the issue?

@HMRCcustomers This is my only PAYE income. I changed my hours in mid June. In July my tax code was 1257L on a cumulative basis. HMRC then changed my code, first to 1216L Week 1/Month 1 and then to 1197L Week 1/Month 1 for my August pay check. Thanks

@HMRCcustomers Pt 1. Thanks for your reply Martin. I've basically reduced my working hours from 5 days a week to 2. I tried to provide my new salary via the website, however ended up taxed heavily last month, in comparison to the previous month. It looks like the tax is on a month/week basis...

@AmazonHelp Hi there, I placed an order which the third party seller says has been delivered and signed for. I have not received it and someone called 'Mary' in my block of flats signed for it a week ago. I didn't give them permission to deliver it to anyone else - please help

@AmazonHelp I've just dropped support an email thank you. The company were also so rude and unhelpful. If I leave them a negative review now will that affect my case?

@AmazonHelp In appreciate that, it is really frustrating! The order says 'expected 4 March' but isn't mark as delivered. I've emailed them and they just say 'We will NOT be refunding or replacing this item. We will also NOT be taken this delivery issue and any further'.

@AmazonHelp Thank you for your reply. I have tried to do that but they haven't marked my order as delivered despite sending me the tracking information. What should I do? It says 'Sorry, this order is not eligible for a refund under the A-to-z Guarantee because 3 days have not yet passed..
