@Dipturus2 @bbcquestiontime @Minette_Batters It actually has made a difference, overall numbers decreased when a nation wide cull happened around 2017, has to be done more effectively now to make a significant difference. there's a number of preventative measures farmers put in place, hoops to jump through, this is honesty

Panorama. Yes cruelty happens on some farms, it’s never right. In my experience it’s far from the norm and actually becoming rarer. What is becoming more common is farmers suffering mental health crises and feeling disconnected from society, compassion is the greatest of virtues.

@ZaynafamilyMary @BBCNews Antibiotics and hormones are only if necessary, the milk from cows with them in its system is dumped so they legally don't enter the shelves! If farmers are caught with milk with traces of it they are heavily fined. Also, if you've ever set foot on one you'd know it isn't cruel
