Mike Elko to the Aggies fans: “I have one simple ask, and I know you'll deliver, because you always do. Make tomorrow night the best the 12th Man has ever been. … Let’s have a special night in Kyle Field.”
13 years of pent up, unresolved hate culminating in a week 14 night game at Kyle Field with a spot in the SEC title game on the line.
Saw. Them. Off. #BTHOtu
Amari did not lose us this game.
We missed a field goal on the opening drive.
We threw a pick in the red zone.
We fumbled on first down on the drive that could have put the game away.
We had multiple drops in regulation.
We had a dumbass check to a speed option to the short side of the field in the second overtime.
We played too soft and let Auburn force overtime.
This was a game that we had absolutely no business losing, and the fact that we did is on every single person in that locker room, and I don't want to hear any bullshit about "muh SEC making us play at night." It's 1-5 Auburn. They're not a good football team.
Luckily, by the grace of Oklahoma, a win next week still sends us to Atlanta. Clean it up and win. There is no other option.
Aggies storm back to top LSU 🏈
No. 14 Texas A&M scored 31 second-half points behind backup QB Marcel Reed to top No. 8 LSU, 38-23 in a key SEC showdown.
