@fitbit @FitbitSupport Before buying a Fitbit product I would highly recommend asking around about their customer support (or lack there of). God forbid there is a recall like Ionic. It’s hell on earth to try and get your money back. Do t take my word for it, do your own research
T-minus 4 days till I file my first small claims lawsuit. Never thought I would see the day. But what’s right is right and what @FitbitSupport is doing by holding my refund for my Ionic recall hostage is just wrong. Anyone else going through this I feel for you because it’s hell.
@FitbitSupport @fitbit can anyone out here confirm the address that I need to send a demand letter to? I have been told I need to send one to their office in San Francisco before proceeding with my small claims suit for them to pay me for my Ionic that I returned due to recall
@fitbit @FitbitSupport Been since beginning of March since I have returned my Ionic. No refund. No end in sight for an error clearly on their end. Keep getting the old “we will escalate this!”. I have never dealt with a company like this before, does not care for customers at all
@FitbitSupport @fitbit today marks day 96 of you receiving my Ionic for the recall refund that was supposed to be resolved in 3-6 weeks. No end in sight. Expect another “we are sorry. We are reviewing your case” response. Google it.This recall is a hot mess. I am being ripped off
@fitbit @googlemaps So you could literally walk across the entire US before even remotely getting close to the amount of time it takes to get your Ionic recall refund? Huh. Amazing.

@FitbitSupport I registered an Ionic to be recalled back in the beginning of March. Still no refund. Escalated. Several times. Review case opened. How long will this review take? No one will give me a straight answer. I feel like it’s yet another stall tactic. Thoughts?
@FitbitSupport It’s the same answer I get every time. No one will give me a timeline as to how long it will take before this is resolved. I really feel ripped off by this company.
